Lately I have noticed that many celebs and runway shows are sporting turbans for Spring. Is this a new trend? I wonder… Will this take the place of the headband? Although I have my doubts about this, it is sophisticated, chic, and hardly looks like your hiding a bad hair day.
I do believe, if worn the right way a turban can give an outfit an eclectic and foreign feel. But if you don’t feel like its your cup of tea then the turban is perfect for hiding a bad haircut or bad hair days, while being fashion forward all at once.
Will you be donning a turban this season? Or has fashion gone mad, is this maybe a fresh alternative to hats?
Here is something to think about if you are still undecided:Turbans traditionally represent power and beauty and once epiomized glamour in Hollywood, worn by the likes of Elizabeth Taylor. Mmmm ok so maybe I will opt for an ultra chic turban headband just in case!
xx
I’d never wear a turban myself, but I do admire those who can pull it off. I don’t it is easy to do so!

RIGHT! so I was watching “Fashion Police” last night on E! and Joan Rivers totally shredded this trend, she is not a fan. then again she is going to be a mummy one day in her grave & is scared of dying & will be wearing a perma-turban 😛 hehe
I think this trend is adorable and should stay for as long as it can.
