I was lucky enough to be given tickets to the Lancôme Beauty Workshop in Sandton this weekend. It was pure glamor from the moment we arrived there. We were given Champagne at the entrance and the event was beautifully laid out. All around us were some of the latest trends from Lacoste, Guess, Fendi,Salvatore Ferragamo, Aldo, Levisons,Swatch, Thomas Sabo and of course Lancôme beauty products.

I received a goodie bag (love love love this) filled with fantastic items, Lancôme make-up and a make-up bag, a swatch voucher, a FUGO hair salon voucher,a Fendi handbag Giveaway, a copy of ELLE Magazine (a girl can never have too many), a Thomas Sabo voucher and discounts to all the stores throughout the rest of the day,you can imagine I did some shopping after the show:)

All in all it was a fantastic morning filled with great tips and brand awareness from Make-up artist Andrew James and Elle’s beauty editor Lynette Botha. I was never a big Lancôme user, purely because the brand didn’t appeal to me, but I have seen the light! We were shown examples of great day wear make up as well as the smokey eye look on both light and darker skin tones.
