This up and coming fantasy film has been directed by the talented Tim Burton. It will be released in the on March 5, 2010 in 3D and IMAX and in regular theatres. Naming some of the main characters, Mia Wasikowska plays the role of Alice, alongside Johnny Depp as The Mad Hatter, Helena Bonham Carter as The Red Queen, Anne Hathaway as The White Queen, Crispin Glover as The Knave of Hearts and Stephen Fry as The Cheshire Cat.
Without giving away too much of the story, here is a sneak peak into the plot: 19-year-old Alice returns to the magical world from her childhood adventure, where she reunites with her old friends and learns of her true destiny: to end the Red Queen’s reign of terror.
