I recently attended a GAP SA styling session hosted by Kirsty Stoltz from Grazia Magazine. At first when i received the invitation, I was not really that excited. I love Grazia events but the thought of having to try differnt style of jeans was not appealing at all. Firstly I was slightly Fluish and secondly I am a curvy girl, we all know how hard it is to find a pair of jeans that fits the hipa and thighs perfectly.
But I was pleasenlt surprised to find how helpful the sales ladies were in helping me find the perfect fit. I would have been completely lost without them as the jeans are in UK sizes. I landed up trying three completely different pairs, one pair of cobalt blue straight cut jeans, a slightly flaired pair in a darker was and a pair of classis skinny jeans which is always my choice of style. I was pleasently surprised to find how flattering the flarred pair look on me.
The event was very cozy, not too many people, I got to meet some amazing bloggers who I usually chat to over twitter. We were spoilt rotten by GAP, we got to take a pair of jeans home with us:) Also complementary Grazia magazines were lying on the table for us to take home and catch up on all the latest trends and gossip before anyone else!
My next GAP post will be on how I styled my new jeans:)
I have also included something for the boys, so if you have a special man in your life, I definitely recommend getting him some GAP gear!
