Halloween is not something that is celebrated in South Africa (high five to Woolworths for stocking Halloween themed sweets), however I am always intreged by all the dress up parties and the effort Americans put into the day. Since I started blogging I noticed that some beauty bloggers are extremely talented and actually put up tutorials on YouTube.
