My Top 5 Podcast Playlist

Hi There,

So I often get asked how I travel solo and don’t get bored. So if you follow me on social media, I am on the road (move) quite a bit with work and I had to find a way to manage my road time. Music is great but I often find myself having to find new songs as I use the same playlist when I gym.

I finally found an APP that I can download all the popular podcasts and listen to them through my vehicles Bluetooth system. Click here to download the APP on Android devices.

Below are my top 5 podcasts in no particular order:

Girls Gotta Eat
  1. Girls Gotta Eat – Probably one of the most raw/honest podcasts for women I have ever listen too, definitely not for someone who is shy. They discuss everything you would normally Google in private and share their own experiences and boy to they spill the tea! They definitely come from a good place and are always pro female. One thing that I have learnt from these ladies is life is too short to stay in a relationship with a d*ckhead! If you looking for a laugh, this is for you!
Oprah Super Soul Conversations

2.Oprah Super Soul Conversations – I mean, need I say more? I have always enjoyed listening to Oprah, I used to watch the Oprah show every day after school, she just has so much insights into her personal story and stories being told by a selection of thought-leaders, best-selling authors etc. All designed to light you up, guide you through life’s big questions and help bring you one step closer to your best self. Some of my favourite episodes featured Deepak Chopra, Elizabeth Gilbert, Bradley Cooper and Gabrielle Union to name a few.

Goop

3. Goop Podcast – Gwyneth Paltrow and our Chief Content Officer Elise Loehnen chat with leading thinkers, culture changers, and industry disruptors—from doctors to creatives, CEOs to spiritual healers—about shifting old paradigms and starting new conversations. Some names you might recognise and some of the episodes included people like Michelle Pfeiffer, Demi Moore, Arianna Huffington, Lupita Nyongo and Ashely Graham to name a few.

Pretty Big Deal

4. Pretty Big Deal with Ashley Graham – I love this woman, she is loud and proud and damn gorgeous. She is also a supermodel, style icon and barrier-breaking body activist, on the show she interviews guests for intimate, off the cuff conversations about culture, beauty, business and owning who you are. With the biggest, boldest and most influential people discussing heartfelt and hilarious issues that really matter. Some of her shows include people like Serena Williams, Amy Schumer and Kim Kardashian West.

Outspoken Beauty

5. Outspoken Beauty – Voted one of the Top 10 Podcasts of 2018 by Harpers Bazaar, Outspoken Beauty is the UK’s most honest, straight talking beauty podcast featuring interviews with an array of celebrities, editors and influencers in the beauty industry. Hosted by beauty editor and broadcaster Nicola Bonn. Expect fierce debate, candidness and the very best product recommendations. The lowdown an all the best products and tips in the business!

I would love some recommendations from you on new podcasts I can listen to, please comment below.
