I am back with part two of my  weekly TRESemmé series where I will share the top trends from NYFW and how to create these looks with my very own twist. If you missed last weeks weeks feature, click here.

Look 1: The slicked back Wave

How to achieve this look:

STEP 1: Start with the TRESemmé Beauty-Full Volume reverse wash system. First, use the Pre-Wash Conditioner to soften the hair, followed by the Shampoo to wash away weight.

STEP 2: Apply a small amount of TRESemmé Beauty-Full Volume Mousse from the roots to the tips.

STEP 3: Use a round brush and blow dry the hair so it has natural body.

STEP 4: Part hair in half and hold the top layer in a pony tail. Pull out one inch sections of the bottom half and curl in a flat zig zag motion. Release the top pony tail and repeat the process.

STEP 5: Spray the hair with a generous amount of TRESemmé Firm Hold Hairspray and use a wide tooth comb to pull hair back for a sleek, wet look. Angle the comb to a slight side part to add extra detailing and subtle lift at the roots.

STEP 6: To finish the look, apply a few drops of TRESemmé Oil Elixir for a healthy, glossy shine.

Look 2: The Lived In Wave

How to achieve this look:

STEP 1: Start with the TRESemmé Beauty-Full Volume reverse wash system. First, use the Pre-Wash Conditioner to soften the hair, followed by the Shampoo to wash away weight.

STEP 2: Using your fingers comb through a small, golf ball sized amount of TRESemmé Beauty-Full Volume Mousse from root to tip, working the product into the hair in sections.

STEP 3: Apply a coin size amount of TRESemmé Beauty-Full Volume Hair Maximiser to enhance your hair’s natural texture.

STEP 4: Rough dry the hair, cupping sections of hair in an ‘S’ shape to give the hair a soft wave.

STEP 5: Spray the roots with TRESemmé Instant Refresh Dry Shampoo for a matte lived-in finish.

STEP 6: Finish the look by spraying TRESemmé Firm Hold Hairspray for light flexible hold.
