Grey

Hi There,

So I am back.

Over the last two months, I took a break from the blog, just re-evaluating this space and what i really want to achieve. This is due to the recent job opportunity I have been given. I have taken my blog for granted and I finally realise it. Lately I have realised just how important my voice is through my content. It has made me plan better and only create the content I feel is valuable. So there are many changes to come.

You probably thinking – oh here’s another blogger complaining about how stressful life is on the one hand and on the other I am all smiles when I receive a blogger drop.Well this break was a necessary evil. I have always strived to better myself and my blog and my readers have been with me every step of the way – so thank you.

On another note, can you believe it June and its winter? I love winter wear but i hate the feeling of cold air on my skin. I am literally the grumpiest if I am not warmly dressed. So this is my daily struggle – looking stylish and warm.

This winter I have decided to update my wardrobe and collect some staple pieces that are comfortable and versatile. Hence the gray t-shirt style dress I am wearing in this post. Its super comfy and easy to dress up. I pared it with my new Woolies boots but you can easily pair it with low boots too. Its such a staple piece for your wardrobe, gray is also easy to pair with so many other colours, I kept it pretty simple by adding a gray coat and plan black boots. See links below for outfit details.

Follow me on Snapchat and Instagram to see how I style this dress differently.

What is your winter staple item? Comment below, I would love to know.
